Retail AION pages built from the current official retail client

Retail AION pages currently rely on an older data snapshot from outside the official game. We are building a retail section straight from the current Gameforge retail client, so items, skills, quests and places match the patch you actually play.

The retail game files are now read in full, including all quests and skills and the English, German and French text. Next we will work out the retail-specific class names, grades and currencies, link entries to each other, and then switch retail pages over.

Retail and Classic entries stay clearly separate, so a retail class is never labelled with a Classic name that happens to share a code. Old retail links keep pointing to the same entry.
