AION pages that open quickly even the first time anyone visits them

An entry page that nobody has opened in a while should still appear promptly. The site now runs on the current framework version, and a page prepared once stays ready across server restarts instead of being rebuilt for each visitor.

Next we plan to measure the slowest kinds of pages, such as item, NPC and quest entries, filtered lists, version comparisons, maps and tools, in every language, and remove the biggest costs first. A focused set of the most visited pages will be ready in advance, while every other page is prepared on its first visit and then kept.

No page content, language, preview or saved plan is dropped to make things faster.
