Quest pages list every reward, and item pages show which quests give them

Quest pages show everything a quest gives: experience, Kinah, items, Abyss Points, cube and Stigma slot expansions, and class choice rewards grouped by class with links to each item. Requirements and rewards are visible together without opening a section. Item pages list the quests that reward them, so Fenris's Sword links back to Loyalty and Affableness.

Identical reward rows from linked quests now show once instead of twice, while rewards that differ by class or amount stay separate.

The remaining gap is title rewards from Classic 2.7, which still need their names from that era's own game files. Until then the reward is listed without an invented title name.
