Test entries, developer NPCs and monster-only weapons kept out of search and lists

Searching for stigma or browsing the item list should show things you can actually get or meet in the game. Test stigmas, developer fixtures, weapons that only monsters carry and quests the game never offers are already removed from search, collection lists, version comparisons and the site map. Their pages stay reachable by old links, but search engines do not list them.

We are finishing two things:

- the remaining developer NPCs that still slip into Classic 5.0, removed one by one after checking each against the game, so genuine entries such as Test Subject Kirrin stay - entries without a proper name no longer use a placeholder as the subject of their summary sentence

Removed records still keep their links to other entries, so nothing breaks.
